THIRD PARTY “CLIENT SIDE” PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We can be of service to you as a fully independent third party project management team* to completely manage your construction and feed mill project from concept, design, engineering, construction supervision, and up to final completion audit from your preferred feed company, contractors, and site providers. We can manage the entire movement of the project for a management fee** with five major goals set on the following:
- Completion of the entire project – maximizing quality delivery of all suppliers, contractors, and systems provider.
- Accomplishing (or shortening) target Project Timelines.
- Increase project savings from initial budget projection.
- Complete documentation and quality assurance (check and balance) on all project related matters and deliverables.
- Management (as client representative) for all social, political, economical, and technological matters related to the entire project.
Note:
*Our Project team is comprised of complete engineering personnel (i.e. project manager, team leads, sections supervisors, safety officers, etc – complete with our own managed admin costs, movement, facilities, etc)
**Management Fee – subject to final arrangement (fee based on percent/fraction of total project cost with add-on bonus fee based on complete project savings)
